It is understood that a number of gym users have recently received the same letter for the same 'offence', parking on Sundays outside of Home Bargains operations time.

It's understood that this pcn of @petrolhead48 was overturned, but not clear from the forum exactly what was stated in their challenge to overturn the pcn.

Please can the moderators of this post or petrolhead48 please contact directly to understand the means of which to challenge this pcn.

Thank you greatly for your time.

@petrolhead48 has not been back on the forum since 2 February, and the moderators have no special powers, so I wouldn’t place great hope in getting a response to your query.

Thank you @jfollows for your reply.

Would you suggest creating a seperate forum discussion? Thank you

Yes, every case is different.
You should note that @petrolhead48 will have automatically been notified by email of your query, but whether or not they respond is up to them.

In the end I didn't challenge the PCN through ParkingEye. Instead I emailed info.byfleet@puregym.com and spoke to the manager of the gym. I explained it wasn't made clear the parking conditions had changed, I provided the details of the PCN and they followed it up with ParkingEye. A few days later I received the letter to say it has been cancelled.

Good, thank you for letting us know, this is indeed often the best course of action.
