That looks like a 3rd letter rather than the original ntk or a reminder so potentially 2 missing letters. Do you have grounds to appeal, e.g, car broke down, medical emergency that prevented the driver leaving or did the driver simply over stay / not pay? If the former you might get them to consider a late appeal, if the latter you've probably missed your opportunity to appeal and will have to wait out the debt collectors letters until the inevitable court claim comes through. It would be worth sending them a subject access request so you at least have a copy of the original PCN which may open up avenues of defence should it get to a court claim.

I'm assuming you haven't changed address recently and this is down to Royal Fail? No possibility of someone intercepting these letter at your address, deliberately or inadvertantly? Saw a case on another forum recently where the keeper was incandescent they had received a CCJ in default, turned out his partner was intercepting the mail hoping it would go away.

We live in the middle of nowhere so our mail is a  it sketchy at the best of times. I had wondered if the first letters hadn't even been sent and they've gone straight to these last letters to stop you trying to appeal and up the fine.
Is there nothing that will just quash this without having to try an appeal? Im not sure on the reasons for the over stay, I'm just the registered owner and not the driver.

The original letters will have almost definitely been sent unless there was a **** up at the bulk mailing company. The private parking company just wants you money ASAP so theres no benefit to playing games and not sending letters.

No theres no magic way for it to be quashed unless you try speaking to Booths who may get it cancelled if you can show the driver was a customer on the day (but as you dont know what happened on the day that might be difficult). Only other quick way out is to name the driver and let them deal with it.
