I have the same experience too. I have been parking there since 2022/23. Just like the other people said. The staff of the parking company in excel parking in Bakers road uxbridge misinformed us that we can pay when we return and truly there was nothing written about pay before usage. The sad part of this is that this company even wants to charge us £25 per ticket to appeal. They even charge me for sunday parking which is a flat rate. They have passed some of the parking cases to dcbl (who have been on constant contact to collect £170 per ticket). I am charged £2000 and was told I still have more parking penalties to come through to them. Please i need help. This is heart wrecking. I have never had this issue before. I normally pay before usage but since their staff mentioned the flexibility and so sad they are using the same method of misinformation for people. Please who will rescue from.this pain or whats the way forward.
