Dear Fellas,

Hope all keeping well. I appreciate the good work you all guys have been doing. Recently I received a PCN through the post and after carefully going through the forum I challenged it according to expert's advice. I actually took the below topic and followed the advice accordingly (Topic: NCP - Not Parked Correctly - Crewe Railway Station Car Park) as it look very similar case to mine and I was running out of time of appeal so I couldn't managed to get opinion for my own case. I have attached the recent appeal I made and their reply for your reference. Could you please advice me how should I proceed now.

You referred to a thread about an NCP operated car park but your PCN is from NPC.

As stated above, the land is relevant for the purposes of PoFA and therefore the Keeper can be liable... except that the "period or parking" referred to is not adequate to prove that the vehicle was parked for longer than the minimum consideration period. What that means is that the driver was not given enough time to consider the terms and conditions for a contract to have been formed.

Have you tried the PALS service of the hospital to get it cancelled? That should always be your first port of call for a hospital PCN.
