letter of claim
« on: »
Hi. I have a letterbox claim from dcb legal Ltd. Trying to claim £170 for an unpaid parking ticketnonmprivate land. I had taken my children to soft play, parked in the car park opposite however the session i booked for the soft play was longer than the time allowed to park. I did not see any signs to say this at the time. It's only when I got my first letter, I went back and looked. There is a sign but it is very high up. They have sent numerous letters that I have been advised to ignore but I am now worrying I will be sent to Court. Please can someone advise on what I should do. I have tried to upload a copy of the letter but cannot see how I do this.

@Lorna, might I suggest you change your user name to remove the chance of unsolicited email.

luckily as you haven't contacted them you didnt disclose the drivers identity which is a positive.
more advice will be given once you post the information required as per @jfollows post.
