Letter From Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd
« on: »
Just received the attached letter from 'Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd' stating that over 5 years ago, I parked in a hospital car park for too long.

Could I get some advice on the best way to proceed with this please?

What has happened previously?
What correspondence has happened?

In a civil case, the aggrieved party has six years in which to take you to court for an alleged breach of contract.

DCBL acting as debt collectors are useless and can be ignored, but their partner company DCB Legal might initiate court proceedings against you, which we can help defend. But we need more information than you’ve given so far in order to help you properly.
