Hi all, back for the first time for a long time.
Usual speculative invoice from Horizon, for a Premier Inn 350 miles away, but the wording is the same as years ago and they make no attempt to transfer liability to RK.
They should roll over for their belly to be scratched but I need to check whether I have missed any amendments to PoFA in recent years that may change the usual challenge of 'you fail to give RK notice of liability, therefore chase driver.'
Can anyone confirm that things remain as I remember them please? Many thanks.
