The driver’s lease is unlikely to require the display of a permit, but you should research this and post it here along with the notice you’ve received for further advice.

Parking permit MUST be visible per parking rules.
Unfortunately I don't have the PCN.
I try to attach photo for the topic but I can not see the option here any suggestion how to do that please.Thank you.

Are “parking rules” part of your lease/AST/feehold? If not, they’re probably not enforceable.

What does your tenancy agreement or lease have to say aout the matter?
Bus driving since 1973. My advice, if you have a PSV licence, destroy it when you get to 65 or you'll be forever in demand.

I am a tenant.
Nothing in my contract regarding parking.
