MET Parking Services PCN issued with incorrect postcode

Hope this is correct section, apologies if not.

PCN issued for a mcdonalds branch which is further up the road but photo evidence at the branch daughter visited.

Can this pcn be dismissed for incorrect details?

28 days to appeal from initial notice, however that has now lapsed and final notice arrived today.

Please advise, much appreciated.

That upload is too blurry to see properly, can you get a better quality image?

i did suggest to her to go to branch.

The pcn clearly states sn5 7fq which is bridgemead, not Cockleberry branch further down the road.

But the picture on the NtK is clearly SN5 7FQ so the incorrect address argument is a dead duck.

My mistake, was led to believe the photo was at a different branch, oh well in that case shall inform her to just pay the fine - live, learn and move on!

Appreciate your help! Thankyou.

Just go to McDs and explain the situation - they have the power to cancel - they have no interest in a valid customer getting a speculative invoice.
