Just when I thought this one had died a death, I have received this morning a " Notice Of Transfer Of Proceedings " to advise that my case has been transfered to my local County Court for allocation.
I understand from guidance on the site that this is normal procedure and that the claimant will generally discontinue before they have to pay the trial fee.
Is there anything else that I should/could do in anticipation ?
