Hi all,

Physical invoice (PCN style) attached to the windscreen - Gemini Parking Services, Failure to Display Valid Ticket.

In a loading bay in a shopping centre, England. Paid on APCOA App (APCOA being Gemini post acquisition) using the 'location ID' provided by shopping centre management (it was a large item loading area, £1.50 for the 'session'), have receipt, session was showing as valid in App for both before and after the invoice time and all the time car was there. Payment taken ok.

Nothing else on the paperwork except for 'appeal' information and text about the £100 charge reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.

Shopping centre management say it's all dealt with through the parking company and will not assist with a straight intervention despite providing the details.

Just write back with the App payment receipt to the 'appeals' address?

Post up the PCN you have received - note there may be an advantage to not appealing to the last minute.

Worth a social media posting slagging the management people about the unhelpfulness they were.  Worth a try.
