Hello,

So sorry I never provided an update - I ended up chasing the CEO again after my original email didn't get a response, and he ended up forwarding it to a 3rd party who helped get it cancelled. Thank you so much for the advice!

Ah That's excellent news!!!!

Ive emailed the ICELAND CEO as well, and he's taking an age to respond - I have also gone over the 28-day grace period.

Could you possibly share the 3rd party details, please?

How long did they take to reply to you? And do you possibly have a surname for Anna?

Hey,

I didn't get a reponse on my initial email to the CEO, so I followed up again 2 weeks later, and it was forwarded to Anna the next day.
