Eurocarparks 'overstay' - Sainsbury's - SUCCESS
« on: »
1) Rejected by Eurocarparks (obviously)

2) Rejected by POPLA despite the signage being non-BPA compliant and downright dodgy

3) Did what I should have done in the first place. Contact Sainsbury's:
- Filed a complaint through their online contact form detailing how long I've had a Nectar card, the predatory behaviour I'm being subjected to by Eurocarparks, this is not how Sainsburys would treat any loyal customer, etc etc
- Their reply: sorry we cannot do anything about it. I see you've contacted Eurocarparks but such is life.
- My next reply: I'm baffled that you say you cannot do anything about it, here's the evidence pack Eurocarparks submitted for the POPLA appeal, it has a copy of their contract with you, clearly they act on your behalf and this is entirely within your power.
- Their next reply: Sorry, we still can't do anything about it, maybe you should speak to Eurocarparks?
- My next reply: I am now even further baffled and disappointed that you didn't even read the conversation, which I had with your colleague just an hour or so ago. If you had read it you would know I have already exhausted any avenues with Eurocarparks.
- Their next reply: Because of the nature of your complaint, we're escalating it to the Executive Office.
- Executive Office reply a few days later: We're very sorry about your experience. The PCN has been cancelled.

Long story short - keep insisting when you're dealing with random avatars behind Our.reply@sainsburys.co.uk until they escalate it to the Executive Office.
