Free Traffic Legal Advice

I received a PCN which, stupidly, I just bundled with some other post and it’s been sitting in a drawer for a month. I’ve just tried to go through the appeals process however as it’s past 28 days I can no longer appeal.

I’ve found generic wording from similar posts which I was going to use, however is this now not possible due to the appeal process now being closed? Or is there another channel/email I can go to to send the wording to?

You’ll also see from other posts that APCOA doesn’t “do” court, so this is one case where you can choose to ignore everything you will now get from them. Obviously they could change their modus operandi, so if you get a Letter of Claim, come back here with it.

They won’t accept an appeal after their deadline, no.
