I received a debt recovery letter on 7th July 2026 for a missed Heathdrow Dropoff payment of 7£ on 22nd April 2026. Surprisingly I never recieved a PCN for same ever. I wrote to complaints.heathrowdropoff@apcoa.com on 7th July itself and received a response on 23rd July, mentioning that PCN was issued on 29th April and a follow up on 2nd June 2026. My address is correct on DVLA and on the PCN copy which they attached on the email response. Debt recovery is constantly harassing me by sending the reminders. What should I do now, what are my options?

Thank you for contacting Heathrow Terminal Drop Off & Pick Up Complaints Department
We can confirm that the Parking Charge HFxxxxxx has been issued for non payment of the Terminal 5 Drop Off Zone on the 22nd April 2026. The initial letter was issued on 29th April, with a follow up letter being issued on the 2nd June 2026.
Unfortunately, the Parking Charge has been referred to Debt Recovery as no action was taken against our letter. The letter was issued to the address provided to us by the DVLA. You had 28 days to take action against this letter. Unfortunately, we no longer hold this charge and cannot assist you further with this. The timeframe to appeal has now closed and no appeals will be considered. Should you wish to discuss the charge further, or make payment, please contact Debt Recovery.
