Free Traffic Legal Advice

Hi all
I got a notice to keeper for parking 2hrs :18 minutes in Morrison. You are allowed to park for 2hrs for free
The contravention says : The vehicle was parked without a valid pay by phone transaction ( but there is no pay by phone details in the car park)
Also the PCN didn’t say how long the keeper overstayed from the required free parking time.
It said if you are a Morrison customer and have a valid receipt then you can appeal.
I don’t have a receipt but I have bank details that I spent money in Morrison on that day.
Do I appeal and attach the bank details showing payment was made. It is not all the time the till gives receipts

In most cases, as long as you can evidence you are a customer, they will get it cancelled.

If they don't, no one who comes here for advice and follows it, ever pays a penny to ECP. Let us know how you get on with Plan A.
