Hi,

DCB Legal have been getting EP Financial to repeatedly attempt to contact with me. I have been ignoring them so far. Is this the correct course of action? Still no actual attempt to take me to court just repeated letters, texts and calls from EP Financial.

Perfect course of action - they simply wish to coerce you in some way, either for information or money!
