Hi everyone, I am quite worried about what has happened to me the last 3 weeks I have received Parking Charge Notice, all from the same place, between parking I use, 1. ALDI (3 to 4 times a week, sometimes more than once), 2. COSTA CAFE, 3. BURGER KING 4. NANDOS. I very rarely spend more than 1 hour in it, I only make a purchase at ALDI and sometimes I have Breakfast or Coffee at COSTA CAFE.

Just today I went to my old address and I was able to retrieve a letter with the photos (Contractual Parking Charge Notice) I could see the wrong photos where it says that I entered on 06/FEB/2025 at 17:46:26 and left on 07/FEB/2025 at 10:13:43, I never spent the night there, I have photos and videos from RING CCTV at home Where the car spent the night as usual.

By this date I have already paid 3 NOTICE OF DEBT RECOVERY - Unpaid Parking Charge for 170.00GBP each. And this has me quite worried, and even more so being wrong, I paid them without being clear about the reason and after the 3rd one I started to investigate

I would like them to review my cases, and get in touch with me and pay if I have to pay them, but I think that is not the case, I have been going to that parking lot for 4 years and the fines began to be generated since November 2024 and so far in 2025 and please review this system, because I do not think it is happening only to me.

They are not “fines” and you should not have paid speculative invoices from an unregulated private parking company. It’s a pity because they are laughing all the way to the bank and there is nothing you can do about it.

Those demands from powerless debt collectors include a fake added fee of £70 which would never be allowed if they were ever disputed in court. Never, ever, ever, EVER communicate with a useless debt collector who has no power to do anything except to try and scare the low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree into paying out of ignorance and fear.

All you had to do was appeal on tepee basis that they have unlawfully used your DVLA data because they have failed to comply with the PPSCoP by not performing a manual quality control check on their ANPR images. If they had done so as required, they would have found the missing “orphan” images of your first exit and your second entrance to the car park.

G24 would reject any appeal but if you’d just ignored the useless debt collector letters and let it escalate to a court claim, you would have easily defended it and not paid a penny to G24.

So, you say you’ve already paid 3 of these PCNs at the falsely inflated of £170 each. How many remain outstanding? Is it just the one you’ve shown us which is the “double dip”?
