Hello,

I did as you said and requested it be moved back to my designated court and this is the reply  (handwritten) “please be aware this claim number is not recognised as a Wigan county court claim number”
There was no claim number on the letter so I put the claim number from DCBLegal. I’m having a nightmare here!

Hello,

The claimant must either pay the £27 trial fee or file a properly completed application by 13 August. If they fail to do so, the claim will be struck out automatically without any further order from the court.

I'll keep you updated. 🙂

I also noticed that the claim no longer shows DCB Legal and has reverted back to Bank Park Management.

I'm really hoping it doesn't come to the point where you have to attend court.
