You have been extremely helpful, thank you. I really appreciate your assistance. I will await your confirmation on Friday and go from there thank you once again.

Kind Regards

I've made a slight change to the defence which you can now go ahead and use.

I can file the defence now? I don't need to wait until Friday? Apologies if an obvious answer just want to make sure I do everything correctly. One more question, do I still continue with the MCOL website regarding the defence as well as sending the defence and draft to claimresponses.cnbc@justice.gov.uk

Many thanks

You can file the defence with the modification I have already made. You don’t file anything through MCOL after having submitted your AoS.

You are only using MCOL to check your claim history up until the case is transferred to your local county court. After that, it plays no part in the process.

Thank you for all the help. I am new to this forum. Is it customary/good etiquette to keep the forums informed of my results and how everything goes. I would be happy to share.
