CPM Resident parking PCN
« on: »
I have been issued a PCN for using my flats parking area. At the start of July we received a notification that they are going to start enforcing the parking area and we will receive letters through the post to register and apply for a permit. On the day applied for the permit 29/07, they requested for additional information and during this time I received a parking ticket from a guy who wasn’t even wearing uniform and didn’t have any ID. I asked him what he was doing and he said issuing PCN. The next day my permit was approved 30/07. I received this PCN through the post. Is there any chance I get this cancelled as I am a resident and permit holder.

Just to add before they moved over to this new company (Sippi), my vehicle was registered to the previous company that use to manage the company.

What does your lease or equivalent say about parking?
Its conditions trump anything ‘introduced’ such as the requirement to have and display a ‘permit’.

It is for an e-permit. We have always been advised to apply for the permit and I was registered on the previous one.

Please answer the question you have been asked. We care not what type of permit you have or applied for.

What does it say in your lease or AST agreement about parking. What it doesn't say about parking is equally important.

You either follow the advice and answer the questions or why bother? In the vast majority of the cases we deal with here, no one pays a penny to these Botton-dwelling, unregulated private parking firms.
