Really shabby system or slick, depending on who's saying so.
Turns out, 2 payments for £60 came out of my account on the 13th of April 2024 to Parking Control Management!
Seems that that while their page crashed or declined on the occasions I attempted to pay, they actually went through. Essentially they now owe us £60!
What is extra strang is how their system showed we owed £100 a few days later when I logged in to try again.
Any advice on getting the £60 back would be appreciated :/
