We travelled from East London to the location due to an urgent family matter involving a couple experiencing difficulties, and the husband was in the jail. As a result, our attention was focused on the emergency situation. They live the same building/parking area.
Car was never left unattended, as someone remained inside the car at all times. Therefore, the vehicle was not improperly parked but merely waiting temporarily while attending to the family matter. In addition, the person we visited is a resident of the same area.
Given these circumstances, I would be grateful if you could advise whether this Parking Charge Notice can be appealed and potentially cancelled.
