Hi
Ive just finished the mediation appt over the phone and I explained I dont wish to discuss my defence as the claimant has a copy in writing.
They offered a settlement fee of £200.00 and I offered £0.
I then received a call back from the mediator saying that the claimant would settle for £95.00 would I like to counter offer, again I said £0 and I was informed that it will now go to court.
I really hope I did the right thing !!
