Civil enforcement PCN
« on: »
Hi all,

I went to eat at a restaurant and apparently half of the car park is owned by the hotel which the restaurant claim was clearly signed. I missed the signs but feel it really wasn’t clearly stated. Can anyone help with how I can appeal this?

needs to be in private parking - I've asked for it to be moved.

A couple of initial questions to help identify the facts:
  • Can we see the back of the notice?
  • Can we see some photos of the signage at the site, both in the restaurant's apparent section and the hotel's apparent section. Ideally photos showing the layout and prominence of signage, as well as close ups showing the content of the signage
