PCN
« on: »
Hello,I'm writing regarding my situation hopefully someone will guide me on the right way. I've received a parking charge notice from CPM while i was doing several deliveries (I do amazon flex) to a residential area only with flats, the total amount of time I've spent was around 32 minutes, the reason:
"Vehicle not registered (ANPR).
I've appeal to CPM stating i was there only for the sole purpose
of delivering the parcels and the reason I've been 32 min was because i had more parcels to drop in different buildings/flats. My appeal was rejected, I've appeal the second time trough TheISA.org same situation appeal dismissed. Should I pay or should I go court. Thank you.

Hello, sorry not posting any photos because I'm getting errors. I've tried to resize the photo, scan it and crop it in smaller size but still no chance. But I've copy/paste the letter and I've uploaded the image.

Payment for the Parking is s due
Please charge of £60.00 now

We have issued Parking Charge to your vehicle because on the 19th April 2024
at 09:30 it was parked in breach of the terms and conditions of parking at Evelyn Court,
Hackney Downs London E8 2BH, making the driver liable for a Parking Charge, As the
PCN has not been paid in full, the Parking Charge remains outstanding

The reason we issued the Parking Charge to the vehicle is as follows: Vehicle Not
Registered (ANPR)

The signage, which is clearly displayed throughout the area, states the land is private and
that parking conditions apply. By parking on site the driver is bound by these terms and
conditions and liable to pay a charge if they are not adhered to. The signage also confirms
that the area is managed by UK Car Park Management (CPM).
