I received a letter ZZPS debt collectors on behalf of PCM however I did not receive the original PCN and appealed via their website stating that I have not received their original PN but they replied the following what should I do please advice. but they replied saying Dear Sir/Madam Thank you for your correspondence regarding the above Parking Charge Notice (PCN). Unfortunately, we are unable to process your appeal as your case has now progressed to one of our external debt collection agencies or solicitors. You will now need to contact them regarding your case. The company handling your parking charge will be specified on correspondence they have sent you, along with contact details for them and your further options. The Independent Appeals Service (www.theIAS.org) provides an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme for disputes of this type. Our debt recovery companies and solicitors will not engage with the IAS Non-Standard Appeals Service at this stage. Please note that if your case is currently undergoing County Court action, it is important that you carefully read and follow any directions given to you on formal court correspondence. For free advice regarding your parking charge, including advice on appealing, please visit the following web address - www.247advice.co.uk. Free and confidential debt advice is also available from providers such as National Debtline (www.nationaldebtline.org) and the Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk). Yours sincerely, PCM Appeals Team

So firstly this debt collector wont do much if you do not lose in court.
Is your vehicle document up to date?  Does it have the correct address?
Write to the parking company asking for copies of all letters they sent and all images they hold.  Ask for this as an SAR, send a copy of a utilities bill as proof of address.

Debt collectors should be ignored, they are powerless and just trying to frighten you into paying. If you receive a Letter of Claim from a solicitor (presumably Oak Legal Services), that is different and should be replied to.
To the original poster - please follow the example of @Deighton2002 by making your posts readable. When you post a wall of words as you did, many people will look at it and go away, it’s too much hard work to read easily.
If your V5C is incorrect, then it should be corrected immediately but it won’t alter anything for this case.
