Hi we received a letter from JD PARKING on the 21/12/24 stating a Parking charge- notice to keeper for a private carpark , they stated the date of the park offence is 16/12/25 at 19.44 , the driver parked in the bay just under 6 mins and drove away after the 6 mins, below photo gained from JD Parking website , note the driver has not responded to their letter, No parking ticket put on the vehicle , Big note the entrance sign details terms and conditions apply see signs in carpark, these take more than 6 minutes to read on all 4no signs to enable a driver to decide if they wish to park in the carpark.
