APCOA PCN - Breach of the terms and conditions of use - Luton Airport Pick Up / Drop Off Zone

I (the Registered Keeper of vehicle) have received PCN below after failure of the driver to pay the £7 charge for using pick up / drop off zone at Luton Airport on 24/04/20206:



As per https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/apcoa-parking-charge-luton-airport-drop-off/ I am intending to send the templated response via the appeal form at
Pick Up / Drop Off – London Luton Airport
Make a payment for Pick Up / Drop Off at London Luton Airport or set up an account for AutoPay.

as instructed on the front page of the PCN

Before doing so I'd like to confirm that this is still the correct course of action
