I am sorry, but I cannot track everyone's complaints and whether they have received repossess or not. That is your responsibility. If you'd not heard anything back within a reasonable amount of time, say 28 days, then you need to take action.
Nothing is going to come of this, even if they try to issue a claim. However, you still need to be proactive. Send a SAR to the DPO of ANPR365. This will show whether they have failed to respond to the formal complaint. When you sent the formal complaint, how did you do that? If by email, did you CC in yourself?
