In this Schedule “relevant land” means any land (including land above or below ground level) other than—

(b)a parking place which is provided or controlled by a traffic authority;

(c)any land (not falling within paragraph (a) or (b)) on which the parking of a vehicle is subject to statutory control.
Airports have byelaws which mean “statutory control”.

please prepare me between now and court date. I've taken this to a length I'm no longer sure about dealing with. If I feel prepared it'll be no problem, that's if this still isn't them trying to scare me into paying their excessive charges. I won't be scared by them, not one bit. but need to know what I'm saying in court.
