So, a controversial judicial system (Single Justice Procedure) convicted the poor criminal who pled guilty, despite her family having issues and her having a cr*p job? The rest of the details seem a bit vague and/or contradictory, or flat out fake news.

I remember when the Torygraph was a proper newspaper with, like, journalism and stuff.

The teenager was given a 12-month conditional discharge instead of a fine. She must also pay a £20 court fee.

The usual good form when posting from sites that demand you register to read their content, is to cut and paste the body of the article and post it in full in your OP.
