You would need to apply to set the judgement aside - this has a cost associated, with no guarantee you'd get it back. If you choose to go down this route, we can advise on challenging the underlying parking charge.
I note you mention speaking to Step Change, which suggests you may have wider debt issues. It's not the purview of this forum to offer debt advice, so I don't expect or want you to provide any background here, but if you do have other debts beside the two parking CCJs about which you have posted on here, you may wish to continue seeking professional advice as to the best options for you to take. It may be the case that the money you'd have to front up to challenge this matter could be better used elsewhere. But that's not for this forum to advise on.
I do have other debts, however with the help of step change, i am making progress towards them. I would find it incredibly difficult to obtain any credit and fix my credit report for the next 6 years. I am 30, therefore this is a critical point in my life for future advancements.
I would like to explore options regarding this. This is obviously 6 months down the line and i could satisfy the debt or ignore it for 6 years. Both will be detrimental.
I think once i get the case specifics, i shall update here to see what the original contravention was and how best to resolve it. At that point i will decide which action to take.
I appreciate your perspective on this.
Would you be able to direct me of how to obtain any contact information for CNBC please?
