That is a total and utter failure to consider in my view.

They ask for proof but don't in anyway question the proof you yave provided.

They are saying they will reconsider on proof, it may be worthwhile doing that though others may have a different view.

That could avoid a trip to the tribunal.

I have asked for it to be moved to the correct forum.

The original settlement offer would have been the end of the matter.

It won't affect credit scores.

If asked it needs declaring until it is "spent". Insurance providers are likely to ask.

You can check when it become "spent" under the rehabilitation of offenders act. 1 year.

Some jobs are exempt and they are entitled to ask for both spent and unspent.

As a general point postal hearings are not generally recommended. A telephone hearing is much preferred.

All the things you are offering to provide if they want more, don't offer.

Provide them anyway.

They are very unlikely to come back and request them. They can only really consider what you have supplied. Not what you might be able to.

Can you recall when the PCM scheme was introduced and whether there was any consultation.

The consolidated order can be found on the above page.

Although your vehicle was not manufactured to Euro 6 this does not mean it is definitely not complaint.

If it happens that its NoX level meets the level for the class of vehicle (table 2) then it does comply.

Finding NoX levels for anything that is not a passenger car isn't easy, but if you have the certificate of conformity it may be there. ISUZU customer services may be able to confirm it too.

It is not a high chance but there have been a few.

Is there any mileage in the fact the sign doesn't appear to request entry of a VRM ?

382
If you post up what you received it is possible there are some legitimate reasons for challenge.

You may also wish to check some of Bristol CAZ threads. The Sheffield ones may have the same issue of also demanding payment of the charge as well as the penalty.

You left your name and adress in which you may want to remove.

3. Have you notified the DVLA of your ADHD, as the law requires?

The notification requirement is not "I have ADHD, I must notify".

Notification is only required if the condition or its treatment affects ability to drive (yes, it's wooly).

Private parking tickets / Re: Parking fine private

It looks somewhat scammy.

The jumbled English of "we are now requires".

There is a law firm HCO Legal at the expected domain. They are not enforcement agents.

The different domain used by these is odd, also no postal address.

Hceagroup.legal was registered on 12/11/23.

Does the reg no correspond to a vehicle registered to you ? If so at what address.

I would just be careful about wording if you are still intending to challenge.

I expect the draft you posted will get comment and polish.

Whilst installing it and configuring it etc may not strictly be loading it is reasonable that a customer might want to inspect and check something works. There has to be a bit of a balance.

Is the vehicle registered to you and at your current address ?

If there is a finance co then they would normally get the notice to owner if the pcn remains unpaid. They will charge an admin fee (usually around £30 though often reclaimable if you win). Some may just pay it.

Depending on how risk averse you are it may be worth considering paying the discounted £35 if an admin fee from a lease or similar will be charged.

Walk in. "Heres your kit, sign here" walk out is reasonably loading.

Your account reads a little like - since it is claimed to be mission critical - that you may have plugged it in, demonstrated it was working or similar.

If that inference could be drawn it would be unhelpful.

They also state it is possible someone could have tampered with or removed the ticket inside the yellow wrapper.

If you do make a challenge consider the above wording.

Speculation that a ticket was removed from the wrapper does imply knowledge that there had been a ticket, otherwise no empty wrapper would be there.

Just so you know, you didn't redact your name.
