In the good old days cases were won when the appellant did not receive the evidence less than 3 days before.
Always best to bat second: RBK filed nom evidence a few weeks ago and DNCed. No point in filing evdience against a case which does not exist.

They do have a new certificate since February. Only Bromley and Hackney do not have. The latter will sort it out shortly: their manufacturer has one but the council doesn't!
The two cases DNCed by members of pepipoo were taken to the Tribunal and Greenwich claimed staff shortage. In fact, they had no certificate at all though their NORs said they did! This story will develop.

In the two cases I represented on the other forum, they stated that they had a certificate when in fact, they didn't! Not even one pertaining to the wrong legislation. They are next on Tommy Poirot's list...............

Neither. Greenwich is next. More disinformation. In 2 NORs they stated they had a certificate. Guess what? They didn't!

We need to see the whole NOR. They always send officers to the Tribunal. So, unless there is something amiss with the rest of the NOR, I would advise paying it.

There is little point in pointing out their failures to consider at this stage. Let them do that in the NOR.
Got me Boroughs mixed up and got ahead of myself.
