Private parking tickets / Moorside legal/PCM Letter of Claim

Hello,
Please advise re next steps, I have summarised my case below:

Alleged date of contravention: 1 March 2026
Reason for PCN: No valid parking session registered
Company: Parking Control Management Limited represented by Moorside Legal

As advised in the forums, all correspondence on the alleged contravention was disregarded until letter of claim was received. Most of the previous documents sent were lost including the initial Parking charge, I have 3 letters about it. 2 from Trace debt recovery (20th May and 26th June) and then the letter of claim (did not receive a letter before claim afaiw)
The letter of claim as attached was sent on 20th July, so the 30 day limit to respond is by this Wed 19 Aug. I am planning on sending them the attached letter asking for evidence etc. Please could I get some advice on how to proceed here and if the letter to respond is all okay/ should I send via post/email (they haven't provided one though)? Thanks
Re the contravention, the driver went into the car park and got out of the car to view the parking notice, in this time the picture was captured by a security car opposite and the PCN was issued. The driver was barely out of the car for a couple minutes and can be seen looking at the parking notice next to the vehicle as far as I remember from the initial PCN (although lost now).
