Hi Everyone.
Last month I was driving and parked on rushcroft road in Brixton.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/5rh4sTfi9AzQWEcQ9?g_st=acI came back to my car and tried to leave rushcroft road. Unfortunately there is only one way out of this road, which is down electric lane
https://maps.app.goo.gl/W5nVyPbQ2fXAQd5a8?g_st=acOn that day, there were two police cars and two ambulances attending to someone on the floor on Electric lane, so the road was blocked. It was a few cars that the police diverted back down Rushcroft road including me.
Approximately a week later, I received an NTO at home.
I appealed to Lambeth explaining the situation and also said about the camera operator using common sense seeing lots of cars coming back down Rushcroft road, must have meant there was an issue up Rushcroft road.
As you can see in the video, there is a mini following me too as they were diverted too.
I will post up the notice of rejection.
The two things which frustrates me the most in the rejection, is Lambeth saying that they don't know of any diversions and that the onus is on the driver to find another way out. Which is ridiculous as Electric Lane is the only way out. Of Rushcroft road.

Also, if I go to Brixton police station and explain the situation, would they be able to give me proof of the call out that they had to the location?
Kind regards
