Hi,

I, as the registered keeper received this PCN for staying in a car park for 41 minutes more than the paid time. The driver paid for two hours whereas the recorded stay yime in the car park was 2h 41m.

The parking company have not taken into account the time spent for looking for parking, as well as the time spent after coming back to the car and getting all the kids in - sorting everything out etc which was significant.. A long time was spent looking for parking, and getting ready to exit the car park too.

A quick check on google shows that this car park has 2.1 stars!!! with the majority of reviewers incensed with unfair parking tickets. (It's unclear if any victims brought their case to this hallowed forum..)
