Private parking tickets / Wrongly issued ticket

Hi all. Bit of a strange one. I just received this ticket for allegedly parking for 10 hours in a local retail park. The car park has a strict 3 hours parking no return for 2 policy.

I did not park for 10 hours. I had gone in the morning for about an hour/hour and a half, and then returned in the evening for about half hour.

During the alleged timeframe I drove my car to the dump and to pick up my kids from school several miles away.

I have my Google maps set to follow me so I logged in to download the evidence that I was driving elsewhere during this timeframe only to discover it say there's missing data from this particular time. So I logged into my Ring doorbell footage only to discover data missing from there as well.

I can only assume there was some sort of national outage on whatever platform supports these things, which is what's affected the cameras at the retail park too.

So what on earth do I do? How do I prove I was not parked in the retail park that long and that they are missing data from me exiting in the morning? I thought I could use Google maps info and my Ring footage but clearly not.

Private parking tickets / Barnet Hospital PCN

Hi all. The driver was parked in Barnet Hospital car park and as the RK I received this PCN. For background the driver's daughter had an appointment. Parking is extremely hard there and the driver had been driving around for quite a while not finding a space. They were going to miss her appointment so had no choice but to park where they did, which was not in a marked bay. What are the options here? PCN below. Thanks so much.

Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Blackwall Tunnel charge

Hi all. A couple of weeks ago the driver of my car went through the Blackwall Tunnel. They had also driven through the Silvertown Tunnel earlier in the day. They tried to make payment after the first part of the journey but couldn't - they wanted to pay for both journeys at that point. This is a screenshot of what they got when they tried to pay - they tried several times:

This has now recently come in the post. Interestingly it's only for the return leg. They didn't think of trying to pay again later on so no idea if payment could have been paid then. Rookie error.

What advice would you give please?

Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Outer Circle PCN - Regents Park

Hello. Thanking you in advance for your advice.

I am the RK of the car that received this PCN on Sunday on the Outer Circle by Regents Park.

The driver Could not see where to pay and thought maybe the sign meant they didn't need to pay on Sunday or that there was no payment at that time as they couldn't see a machine.

Here is the ticket:

The driver looked around for where to pay and could not see anywhere. They walked down several metres both ways and still not see anything. This is what they saw in both directions. Turns out the pay machine was hidden behind the hedge, which had become overgrown:

What technicalities could I use to fight it? There must be something about ensuring hedges are trimmed?

Hello all. The driver was at McDonald's with friends and their children and the RK received this ticket for overstaying. The driver didn't realise there were restrictions.
Is this company letigeous? What would your advice be please?
