@b789
for some very odd reason each time I search for popla appeal I get differing results, sometimes multiple and sometimes just 1 or 2. I have yet to get a search result of a thread that includes a sample of a popla appeal. very strange, no idea why.

please correct me if im wrong but there appears one line of appeal in,
Schedule 4, paragraph 9(2)(e)(i) failure to invite.

As expected, rejection recived. Popla code issued.

rejection letter

( @b789 which would be correct Popla appeal?
cheers.)

im struggling to see how £1500 worth of rust degeneration could possibly appear in 10 months unless it was parked in the sea.
im not sure your "collector" signing anything to do with the sale is relevant as he was not the purchaser

In the appeal was the driver`s ID given?
what appeal?

if you were pulling wheelies with your girlfriend on the back i would have thought the verbal exchange with the Plod would have included mention of how dangerous that would be, maybe attracting a DD charge  ???

asside the issue of buying a car privately without even viewing it 🤦‍♂️... did it have an mot? how long ago? a proper vehicle inspection could reveal if any current mot was correctly issued. DVSA might be interested.
as @andy said miss representation is still a thing in private sales.

That may be the case but it doesn't constitute a box junction offence. You can stop in there whenever you like, so long as your exit is free from stationary traffic.
I don't think they know what forthwith means in Walthamstow.
they will probably count the number of times the op wrote "with" and come up with "secondwith"

I am the keeper of the vehicle and I dispute your 'parking charge'. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

As your Notice to Keeper (NtK) does not fully comply with ALL the requirements of PoFA 2012, you are unable to hold the keeper of the vehicle liable for the charge. Partial or even substantial compliance is not sufficient. There will be no admission as to who was driving and no inference or assumptions can be drawn. NCP has relied on contract law allegations of breach against the driver only.

The registered keeper cannot be presumed or inferred to have been the driver, nor pursued under some twisted interpretation of the law of agency. Your NtK can only hold the driver liable. NCP have no hope at POPLA, so you are urged to save us both a complete waste of time and cancel the PCN.
