Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Hammersmith & Fulham, 52M failure to comply with a prohibition, Bagleys Lane

Hello,
First time poster! I have received a PCN from Hammersmith & Fulham Council for 52M failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle.
It was very late at night travelling back from the Midlands through an area I'm not used to, following a sat nav and I didn't see the signs as they are not illuminated.
Any advice on if I have grounds for representation would be really appreciated.
