Unfortunately I took Incandescent's advice and joined the "Mugged Club" by paying the £80, the 14-day grace period expires tomorrow.
I was up for a fight but didn't receive any further advice for how to proceed from Hippocrates, I'm a little disappointed I have to say.
The irony here is I was collecting an item I won on eBay that was £80 cheaper than retail ;D

Hi All,

I needed to turn left down Philip Road, and accidentally entered the bus lane probably 80 yards before the turn and 60 yards before the "End of Bus Lane" sign (which I didn't see, nor did I notice the bus lane restriction times further back down the road - I don't live in the area and was following the satnav for the Philip Road turning).

The video clearly shows me signalling left as I come up to the lights - you can view with the provided details (I don't know why the instructions say to use the WEB CODE NUMBER on Page 2 as you need to use the PCN number).

I don't know if I have a valid case here, you could technically say I was "driving in the bus lane", but in reality I was cutting off the corner early in order to turn left.

Any advice?
