I have access to the photos.
The show the car, driver is heavily shadowed and the manufacturer logo is black, but mine is chrome.
Its all a bit strange.

I can't remember driving down that road.I would have been in the area for about 5pm.

No, Its definitely right, By 4:31pm everyone had left for the day lol

But the time and date is accurate on the cctv

Hi all,

I got a NIP for a speeding (36 in a 30) by a manned camera (TruCAM 2, If anyone is that interested)
NIP arrived in time after going to the lease company first). Offence was 8th April at 16:31hrs.
My main issue is that I left work at 16:19hrs, but my work is 20 miles (35 to 40 minutes normally) from the speed trap site.
My work CCTV shows this and is time/date stamped, so I would have to average 100mph on country A roads.
Is this something I should be contesting?
Either their clocks are wrong, or my car is cloned.
