« on: May 09, 2026, 04:45:04 pm »You can ignore DCBL if you want to, but the result will be a formal Letter of Claim from DCB Legal, followed by a county court claim. If so, what would your defence be?
Is your car’s V5C accurate?
Not sure there is a defense for none payment. It's the lack of communication prior to DCBL I object to.
If it is just a case of pay it then it is what it is.
V5C accurate in what way?

Driver Failed to Pay for parking. Focus issues, not intentional (ADHD)
No communication until receiving 2 letters from DCBL, this being the second.
Made contact to get information, Driver Left without Paying. Advised this was first communication on the matter and could I get the contact details of the client, they refused.
Cant say weather Driver Was identified so presume it was.
Driver has no objection to paying for the parking or reasonable fee for missed payment but lack of contact from CP Plus resulted in larger fee.
Cannot get in contact with CP Plus to attempt to resolve issue.
Any advice appreciated.
