Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Croydon- school zone penalty charge

Need help, I repeatedly entered a particular school zone; I had absolutely no idea. My son moved to a new school, and I was trying to find the best possible route between 16-27 March. Now I don't know what to do because I can't afford to pay the fines.
