Hey all,
Have had five PCNs come through because TFL decided to partially cancel my Autopay without notifying me, before they fully cancelled it - also without notifying me.
Was active the whole time and used for top ups, up till March 2026. But in December 2025 when they tried to collect a couple of payments when my bank froze my card because they suspected some fraudulent payments were made-they cancelled the autopay usage for tunnel payments. So I was stuck in a bizzare scenario where they were still debiting my account via Autopay - just not for tunnel charges. They've also collected payments outside of the mandated dates (1st of month). I have since submitted my representation and will talk to a solicitor tomorrow to take them to court if my PCNs are not cancelled.
