Can you post the NtK on another hosting site?
Can you show us where this was on google street view, or take photos of the relevant signage?
In any event, search back through the forum for 'no stopping' threads for an idea of what to write in an appeal that UKCPS will reject, but will ultimately very likely result in you paying nothing with a bit of perseverance.
