Also could I also add in the appeal about the faded "TRAM AND BUS LANE" marking on ground that they show in the CCTV?
Also are we not mentioning the Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Representations and Appeals) (England) Regulations 2022 in the appeal?
