Hi, I've gotten 2 letters. Both notice to keeper.

My local gym has 2 hours free parking with 20 minutes grace period. Lately the gate does not open on exit after entering code. This is a reoccurring issue and the driver has to leave and go up to the gym to get workers to assist. Is this valid grounds to appeal?

Have received this letter today. The previous court letter came while I was away and have just found it now rummaging through the unopened post. What can i do from this point to minimise damage?

Received the below in the mail today, had no knowledge of the pcn until now seems months old and was out of the country for the better part of last yea now have a £240 fine on my hands anything that can be done? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
