Private parking tickets / Apcoa Parking - Luton drop-off charge unpaid

Another PCN for forgetting to pay the drop-off charge at Luton. This was at about 1:00 pm on 30 April 2026. How can I fight this? I don't have any pics of signage.

Sorry. My daughter got a pcn for parking without a valid permit at The High Cross Centre, Tottenham, N15 4FB. The charge is £100 reduced to £60 if paid in two weeks. The charge was issued by Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd, which manages this car park.

Thanks for your response. I have paid the fine. She actually was not given the opportunity to pay for her fare. In fact, the driver reported her to the inspector. The inspector was quite rude as well. Oh well.

I don't know. It was an honest mistake (she had six foot left it in her coat pocket in school). That was already explained though in her first appeal.
